Bath/Bedtime Routine

Bath and Bedtime routines in our house have become quite the spectacle lately. Especially since most of it is done by myself with Steve's recovery. The girls have so much fun splashing and playing in the bath tub. Taylor even takes the washcloth now and washes her whole body........its so cute. She loves to splash water at Mackenzie, who of course splashes in return and we usually have just as much water in the tub as out!! After the girls are dried off they both go running into Mackenzie's room and roll around on the floor together, in and out of the tent, and all over the bean bag chair laughing hysterically at each other! Even after I manage to get pj's on them, they just love to play together and get each other riled up. It is so darn cute to watch them both brush their teeth now in the bathroom........they both stand on the stool over the sink and watch each other brush and talk to each other (who knows what Taylor is saying, but she sure knows!!) By this time Steve usually helps to wind them down and read stories to one of the girls. I am so happy that both of our girls love toread!!
I decided to attempt to get a few pictures this evening and I got some pretty funny shots. Im trying to narrow it down to a few of the cutest to post.
Tomorrow we are meeting up with a friend, Susie, and her little boy Cole,who is 2, along with some other moms at the Cleveland Zoo (hopefully with some nice weather) Mackenzie loves to boss Cole around and he loves to be bossed around by her........a match made in heaven! We'll just have to see how Taylor keeps up with them and the other kids.
Its off to bed now, Steve is already in bed.......he is sooo tired this week from working while trying to recover. It takes so much more energy for him to do anything.
