Yes, I realize we have been back over a week and I have not posted 1 single word! What can I say other than we are enjoying summer!!!!
We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. We split the drive up in two days going down there and made the drive home in one day (14 hours!!!)
It was sooo great to see my aunt and uncle, cousins, and all of their kids!!!! The kids all got along great as well as us adults!!! We really had a nice week of r and r.
Last week was back in the swing of things....laundry, grocery shopping, errands, and lots of fun playdates!!!
This week is vacation bible school at church, so a long and fun week ahead.
Next week Mackenzie starts a two week tennis camp which she is taking with a friend and is really excited about!!!
I have been taking tons of pictures and will add the link to our trip pictures.
I do love photography and would like to take the time to learn more about it. I think I take some good pictures, but don't have the confidence I need. One morning last week we were getting dressed and going for the day when I noticed just how beautiful a morning it was and how the lighting seemed perfect for pictures. Well, both girls agreed without hesitation to let me take some pictures in the back yard. When all is said and done, I have to say I am quite impressed with myself and the pictures I took. I think they are probably my favorite pics of any they have ever had done. You will have to wait to see as some of them are surprises :)))
