We are in the midst of a blizzard right now and we are giddy with excitement!!! Only because we are staying home (other than going four houses down to a neighbors Christmas Party tonight) so we don't have to be out driving in it. We did our running around this morning before the storm came in. We drove in it just a little on our way home, and there were already 5-6 cars/trucks (including a mail truck) that had slid off the road. I pray that people are cautious driving around getting to their holiday festivities and stay safe as this storm is scheduled to last through Sunday.
I am thinking my prayers have been answered for a white christmas this year!!!!! It has snowed probably two inches already and it just started snowing about two hours ago.
On another note, Oma and I went to see Barry Manilow last night and had a great time!! He put on a great show!!! That's all for now.....the kids are napping getting ready for our party tonight and Im off to make an appetizer and dessert to take!
