Sometimes I think I should have been a meteorologist, weather intrigues me. About two hours ago, we were having a calm, warm, humid day. Then all of a sudden out of no where came the reminents of Hurrican Ike. The wind kicked up with 40 mph winds and gusts higher, and you can just see in the sky the clouds and how fast they are moving. It's an awesome sight to see the power of mother nature. Sad to think that yesterday morning this storm soooo much more forceful and the damage it caused and just to think how quickly it got here. We could use the rain, but I could do without all the wind....
